Welcome to Sacred Harmony Reiki & Coaching. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking a coaching session or using any of our services, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

    

Reiki treatment bookings can be made either via Fresha Treatment Booking or at www.sacredharmonyreiki.co.uk .  

You must be over 16 to make a booking.  

 

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Sacred Harmony Reiki & Coaching provides energy healing and coaching services, including but not limited to Reiki treatments, transformational coaching, and workshops. These services are intended for personal development and healing.

client responsibilities.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their health, well-being, and any relevant conditions prior to booking a session.

• It is the client's responsibility to consult with a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical conditions before engaging in any coaching or healing services.

payment terms.

• All payments must be made in advance of the session unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Payment can be made via Fresha app or by BACS.

• All fees are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation by Sacred Harmony.

cancellation policy.

• Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee of 100%.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50%.

confidentiality.

• All personal information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the client's consent, except where required by law.

• Clients are encouraged to keep the details of their sessions confidential as well.

• Coaching and energy healing services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• All sessions are subject to availability and all prices are subject to revision. 

• Clients should seek the advice of their physician or other qualified health provider with any questions they may have regarding a medical condition.

• Results may vary based on individual circumstances and commitment to the process.

• Sacred Harmony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

• Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sacred Harmony Reiki & Coaching from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of their use of our services.

• Sacred Harmony Reiki & Coaching reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Your session booking will be secure once I have received your booking and a confirmation should be sent out to you.  This should be within 24 hours of booking being made and if you do not receive a confirmation within these timescales please contact me straight away.  In some circumstances Sacred Harmony may need to change the times of your session.  In these circumstances I shall endeavour to inform you asap.
